By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jl22 platform — including but not limited to the website at jl22.app, the jl22 mobile interface, any jl22 games, or any jl22 promotional services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance button during the registration process; (b) completing the jl22 account registration process; (c) making a deposit into your jl22 account; or (d) accessing or using any game or service available on the jl22 platform.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jl22 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

jl22 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-native payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your jl22 account:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Processing Time: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jl22 account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.

jl22 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming concerns have been identified.

jl22 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within the account dashboard.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business hours.
• Verification Requirement: jl22 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Unverified accounts may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless they have been mixed with active bonus funds.

jl22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the jl22 platform or any service offered thereon.

jl22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Conduct that jl22 reasonably believes is harmful to the platform, other players, or jl22's reputation.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

You may close your jl22 account at any time by contacting jl22 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

Nothing in this section shall prevent jl22 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
